You'll use an app called Plex to watch everything — on your phone, computer, or TV. It's free (or a one-time $5 on mobile).

Important

Three things to keep in mind so the server stays fast for everyone.

No browser streaming

Browsers cause "transcoding" which slows the server down. Always use the Plex app instead.

Avoid your TV's built-in Plex app

Smart TV apps also cause transcoding. Use a streaming device instead (next step).

Always set quality to Original/Maximum

After you get access, the setup guide will walk you through this. It takes 30 seconds.
